2007 Verdelho

The verdelho grapes for this wine were selected and hand picked in the Bendigo region. The wine demonstrates wonderful tropical scents and melon characters on the nose, followed by fresh full citrus flavours of lemon and lime. A long tangy satisfying finish refreshes the palate.

2007 Chardonnay

The fruit for this lightly oaked chardonnay was locally grown and hand picked. The wine is dry in style combining vanilla aromas with tropical fruit characters and is a perfect partner for spicy and Asian foods. Ideal for drinking now or short term cellaring.

2006 Sparkling Shiraz

This sparkling shiraz was bottle fermented in the true Champagne tradition using some of the shiraz from our 2006 vintage. It shows all of the dark ripe fruit characters and subtle tannins typical of our shiraz, but with the added zest and complexity of bottle fermentation.

2005 Rose

This lighter style shiraz has the same rich fuity characters typical of our vineyard. Fine soft tannins and gentle acidity with a sweetness that lingers, makes this not only a great lunchtime wine, but ideal for those warm summer evenings.

2005 Cabernet Shiraz

 Hand crafted from fruit grown on the fertile creek flats of the Mandurang Valley, this 60 - 40 blend combines the rich full fruit and peppery characters of our shiraz with the subtle tannins and complex flavours of our cabernet. Aged for 12 months in seasoned American and French oak barriques.

2005 Shiraz

Handcrafted from fruit grown on the fertile creek flats of the Mandurang Valley, this rich full-bodied wine shows the dark ripe fruit and peppery characters typical of our long ripening season and cool nights. 12 months in seasoned American and french oak barriquies has provided added complexity.  Cellar up to five years.
